Handle follow-ups and reminders.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Support clients in the launch of their projects, carry out contract reviews and project follow-up, with the support of the TSA Design Department.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Manage all customer-related issues, directly or with the support of the company and the Sales Director.\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">Follow-up on the resolution of quality non-conformities (with company support).<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">Follow-up on changes in delivery times, at the customer&#8217;s request or on the company&#8217;s initiative, keeping the customer informed.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">Order modification requests<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">Payment of overdue receivables<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">Handle administrative matters and disruptions related to the sales process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Pass on to technical sales colleagues in other geographical areas any general or specific information that may help in the performance of their work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Scope and area<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Geographic region covered by the position: South of France<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Technical fields of the products sold :<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stainless steel industrial equipment (handling elements and supports) based on the transformation of stainless steel wires or profiles: cutting, shaping, welding, surface finish (pickling, electro-polishing).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Sectors concerned :\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Distributors<\/strong>: for catering companies, bakeries, the medical industry and the construction sector: sale of standard products at a set price.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manufacturers<\/strong>: in the agri-food, pharmaceutical and general industrial sectors: sale of recurring products, development of specific less technical projects.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Engineering companies, equipment manufacturers, product designers, integrators, manufacturers<\/strong> of production lines for sterilization, agri-food or medical products, for handling elements development projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Objectives<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Order volume according to budget.<\/li>\n<li>Actual volume of discounts granted, within the authorized framework, kept to a minimum.<\/li>\n<li>Acquisition of new customers.<\/li>\n<li>Compliance with procedures and pricing framework, good maintenance of CRM records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Reporting<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicate field information to the various departments within the company.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the CRM tool is regularly updated (new clients or prospects, updated client contact details, visit schedules, visit reports, quote follow-ups, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Reports to <\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct hierarchical link with the Sales Director of TSA Inox.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic technical skills in general mechanics, notably reading simple product drawings.<\/li>\n<li>Sales skills in \u201cB to B\u201d situations: customer-friendliness, good listening skills, openness and clarity during B to B exchanges, negotiation skills, ability to manage problems and resolve conflicts.
